This is a collection of some of the recipes I think are worth sharing - primarily related to baking, since I think people don't know how easy it is to bake and how much better bread you bake yourself is than the stuff you can buy in stores.

This is a really quick and easy bread where you make the dough the evening before and then have freshly baked bread in the morning with very little effort.
There is no kneading required and pretty much all ingredients can be switched for something else, depending on what you're in the mood for - and the measurements are only suggestions.
When you got the process down it shouldn't require more then 5-10 minutes of effort to make this bread.
Ingredients:
- 5 dL cold water
- 10-25 g fresh yeast
- A teaspoon of salt
- A teaspoon of honey
- Some seeds (sunflower/lin/flax/sesame/etc.)
- 1-2 dL rolled oats (or something else)
- 7-9 dL wheat/all-purpose flour (or enough to give the dough the right consistency)
Directions:
1) Dissolve the yeast in the water in a bowl
2) Mix in salt, honey, seeds, and rolled oats
3) Mixing with a spoon, add flour until the consistency is not too liquid but not so firm it becomes difficult to mix with spoon (no kneading needed)
4) Cover bowl with something (like plastic wrap) and put it in fridge
[The next day]
5) Preheat oven to around 240 C / 465 F (yes, it is a lot - but you'll turn it further down when you put in the bread)
6) Use a spoon (or two) to put the dough on a baking pan/sheet with parchment paper to make small bread buns/rolls
7) Brush the dough on the baking pan/sheet with water
8) Put bread in oven and immediately turn oven down to 225 C / 435 F
9) Take the bread out when finished (judge by smell, look, and feel of the bread - which should be good after around 15 minutes)
10) Enjoy!

This is a delicious bread, perfect for just eating with butter or making sandwiches with.
This bread is sometimes referred to as "the world's best bread".
Pretty much all ingredients can be switched for something else, depending on what you're in the mood for - and the measurements are only suggestions.
Ingredients:- 50 g fresh yeast
- 4 dL lukewarm water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 400 g cottage cheese (or less/more)
- Some thyme/oregano/rosemary/etc.
- 4 tablespoons grapeseed oil (or different oil)
- 2 eggs
- Some seeds (sunflower/lin/flax/sesame/etc.)
- 1200 g wheat/all-purpose flour (or enough to give the dough the right consistency)
- 1 tablespoon oil for bowl before letting the bread rise
- 1 egg, beaten for brushing the bread with
Directions:1) Dissolve yeast, sugar, and salt in the water in a big bowl
2) Mix in the oil, cottage cheese, eggs, and herbs (though save some to sprinkle on top of the bread later on)
3) Gradually add the flour while mixing/kneading
4) Continue to knead the dough on a table and add the flour until the dough stops being really sticky
5) Add a little oil to the bowl before putting the dough back and turning it a few times to spread the oil
6) Place a wet cloth over the bowl and let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a room temperature (or warmer) place
7) Put the dough on a table and knead it again
8) Split the dough into two big buns (or some other shapes) and place these on a baking pan/sheet with parchment paper with a wet cloth on top of the dough to rise for another 30 minutes. During this time preheat the oven to 200 C (390 F)
9) Brush the buns with a beaten egg and sprinkle some herbs on top. Then take a knife and lightly cut an X into each bun (for the aesthetics)
10) Bake the bread for 25-35 minutes - or rather until it is looking nice and brown
11) After the bread is out of the oven let it rest for at least a few minutes - or at least do not use force when splicing the bread while still warm
12) Enjoy! Perhaps serve it as the side for a main course, make burger/sandwich with it, or simply eat it with butter or cheese while still hot

If your pancakes/crepe are ripping or falling apart, try increasing the number of eggs, which should make them a little more elastic so you can more easily use them to wrap stuff in.
Ingredients (~5 pancakes/crepes):- 1½ dL milk
- 1 dL wheat/all-purpose flour
- A little salt
- A little black pepper
- 2 (or 3) eggs
- Butter for pan
Directions:1) Mix milk, flour, salt, and pepper in bowl
2) Mix in eggs
3) Heat up a pan to max(ish) heat
4) Put a little butter in the pan
5) Pour some pancake/crepe batter onto pan and lift/tilt pan to spread out batter on the pan
6) Flip pancake/crepe when ready and take pancake/crepe off pan when other side is ready too
7) Repeat step 4-6 until you're out of batter
8) Enjoy - for instance with some kind of filling/topping (meat, vegtables, cheese, cream, syrup, etc.)

Ingredients for dough (4-8 pizzas):- 25 g fresh yeast
- 1½ dL lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3½ dL wheat/all-purpose flour (or enough to give the dough the right consistency)
- 1 tablespoon oil for bowl before letting the bread rise
Directions:1) Mix yeast, water, salt, and oil in a bowl
2) Gradually add the flour while mixing/kneading
3) Continue to knead the dough on a table and add the flour until the dough stops being sticky
4) Add a little oil to the bowl before putting the dough back and turning it a few times to spread the oil
5) Place a wet cloth over the bowl and let the dough rise for about 45 minutes in a room temperature (or warmer) place
6) Preheat oven to 225 C / 435 F with baking pan/sheet or pizza stone in oven (to heat this as well)
7) Put dough on table and cut it into between 4 and 8 pieces (depending on how big pizzas you're making)
8) Roll out pizzas and place them on parchment paper on the table (not on baking pan/sheet, since it is being heated in the oven)
9) Put on tomato sauce & toppings according to what you want on your pizzas (see below for a recipe for tomato sauce) - for instance with chopped up jamón serrano, chorizo, and gouda
10) Place pizza (with parchment paper) on hot baking pan/sheet or pizza stone in oven
11) Bake until finished (judge from smell, look, and feel - which should be around 10-15 minutes)
12) Enjoy - perhaps with a little fresh basil on top
Ingredients for tomato sauce:
- Oil
- Some onions
- A bunch of fresh tomatoes (the ones that smell good)
- A bunch of garlic
- Fresh chili
- Some lime or white wine vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oregano, thyme, paprika, and whatever other spices you feel like
- A bunch of fresh basil
Directions for tomato sauce:1) Chop up onions into fine pieces
2) Cook/fry onions in oil in a pot
3) Chop up tomatoes, garlic, and chili and add to pot to start cooking/boiling
4) Add lime or white wine vinegar to the pot along with salt, pepper, chopped basil, and other spices
5) Let the tomato sauce boil in while stirring until it gets the right pizza sauce consistency (can take 20-40 minutes)
6) Now the tomato sauce is ready to put on your pizzas
